Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy requires all clients to give at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If clients do not provide 24 hours' notice they will forfeit their deposit. We understand that life happens and are willing to work with clients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.
Refund Policy
At the Sanctum, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, we only offer refunds in extreme cases and do not offer any refunds for services rendered. If you feel you are eligible for a refund, please contact us and we will assess the situation on a case by case basis. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your patronage.
