A bit about my journey



I used to be stuck in a cycle of wrong relationships, overworking, and feeling deeply unhappy. It seemed like I was constantly pouring myself into everything and everyone else, leaving little room for my own well-being.


But then, I had a wake-up call. I realised that I needed to make myself a priority if I wanted to find true happiness and fulfillment. So, I made a conscious decision to turn things around.


I started by taking small steps towards self-care, carving out time for activities that nourished my body and soul. Putting in boundaries and letting go of the people around me that needed to be released.

It wasn't easy at first, but as I began to prioritise myself, I noticed a shift. I felt more empowered and in control of my life.


Then years later, I discovered cycle syncing—a holistic approach to self-care that aligns daily activities with the different phases of the menstrual cycle. It was a game-changer. By tuning into my body's natural rhythms, I was able to deepen my self-care practice even further.


As I delved deeper into cycle syncing, I began to unravel old patterns and behaviours that no longer served me- Training all the time, working long hours, forcing and pushing through life.

I let go of addictive tendencies and found a new sense of balance and harmony within myself.


Through self-care and cycle syncing, I transformed my life. I emerged from the darkness of burnout and discontentment into a place of light and possibility.

I am learning to honour my body, mind, and spirit more and more and in doing so, finding true happiness, peace and flow in my life.

My true purpose.


And my story hasn't ended yet, excited to see what else unfolds. 💕
